- I grew up in Bristow, Oklahoma and then moved to Norman to attend the University of Oklahoma! GO SOONERS!! My husband and I live in Tulsa with our dogs Maggie and Lexie. I work at The Margaret Hudson Program in Broken Arrow. It's an amazing program for teen moms and pregnant teens. We go to CommonGround Church and love spending free time at the lake (jeff) and eating out (erin). :)

Lol..My first dog was a beagle. My mother got her to help my sister and I get over our fears of dogs. They are definitely sweet as can be but they are true hunting dogs and live their life based on what they smell. Most of the time I think they would prefer to have their nose on the ground than play with the family. Their howling is cute though. Back when they still blew the fire sirens in Bristow, Gabbie would hop on top of her house like Snoopy and just howl away. I would say go for it but I still love labs the most!! :)
